Job Description
The JDE Training Lead will manage the training activities associated with the introduction of JDE 9.0 General Ledger and Fixed Asset deployments. Evaluate global training needs within the JDE 9.0 General Ledger and Fixed Asset Programs and recommend solutions.

Salary is flexible depending on skills and experiences.
JDE JD Edwards Xe OneWorld PeopleSoft EnterpriseOne Oracle E1 experience is needed to be considered for this position.
This client can not provide VISA transfers or sponsorship at this time.

This position will be utilized as a training analyst for the JDE 9.0 General Ledger and Fixed Asset teams, on any and all project work streams as needed. 

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the training activities associated with the introduction of JDE 9.0 General Ledger and Fixed Asset deployments
  • Evaluate global training needs within the JDE 9.0 General Ledger and Fixed Asset Programs and recommend solutions
  • Design training delivery strategies and lead training sessions
  • Develop training materials using various mediums:  user instruction manuals, classroom/instructor led, computer based, etc.
  • Develop future phase training planning, scheduling, communication and implementation activities
Experience:
  • +/- 6 years of professional experience for success
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, IT, Communications or equivalent
  • Ability to work effectively on a large team and act as a liaison with other cross functional teams to align training strategies
  • Ability to assess and analyze training needs, recommend and develop solutions, and deliver training
  • Experience developing and delivering training on JDE financial suite applications (G/L or F/A) preferred
  • Other ERP financial suite applications (SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, etc.) considered
  • Ability to effectively communicate JDE financial system concepts to various multi-national user roles
  • Experience with Oracle's User Productivity Kit (UPK) Tool or other on-line learning software a plus
  • Understanding of change management methodologies a plus
  • Knowledge of Adult Learning Theory a plus
  • Exposure to international operations is preferred
