Contract JDE CNC Various levels - responsible for the installation, upgrade and support of ERP technical foundation (JD Edwards) and providing day to day support to end-users, application Programmers and Business Analysts

CONTRACT JDE CNC (Various levels) Multiple positions
This is a contract position.
Rate is flexible depending on skills and experiences.
This client cannot provide VISA transfers or sponsorship at this time.
You must be a Canadian Citizen or you must be a US Citizen with Passport and 4-year degree in related filed
Education and Work Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or related field
5 + years experience
Residency & Citizenship:
Canadian Citizenship, Canadian Residency and US Citizenship Required.
Non-Canadian Citizen or Residents must fulfill education requirements to qualify for entry Visa (Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field, Management Degree, Masters of Business Administration (MBA) or similar)
Essentials skills /competencies
Strong knowledge of networking, TCP/IP and Microsoft Windows Server Systems, Unix Platforms, Linux or AS400
Understanding and general skills in the structured query language (SQL)
Administration experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, etc.)
Basic programming knowledge in C++ or Java
System Administration experience with JD Edwards OneWorld or EnterpriseOne (package builds, security administration, OMW, etc.)
Minimum of 3 new installation of JDEdwards EnterpriseOne on a recent release and 2 full cycle upgrade of JDEdwards EnterpriseOne to a recent release
Preferred skills/competencies
Installation & Upgrade experience with J2EE application servers (Websphere Application Server, Oracle Application Server or WebLogic Application Server)
Installation & Configuration experience with Business Services
Installation & Configuration experience with Oracle Portal Server, WebSphere Portal Server or WebCenter Portal.
Installation and Upgrade experience with JDEdwards EnterpriseOne on Windows, Unix, Linux or AS/400
Experience installing/supporting JDEdwards EnterpriseOne Business Services (BSSV)

Have good analytical and problem solving skills
Exhibit excellent change management and documentation skills
Demonstrate excellent time management skills to deadlines
Research and implement IT solutions and initiatives
Other Requirements:
The incumbent will be required to work occasionally during non-business hours at nights and/or weekends as required to support the customer base. Travel to various client sites throughout the North Eastern USA and Canada is required.
