We require a very strong JD Edwards Report/Forms Developer for Toronto, Montreal, Northeast US who is intimately familiar with the EnterpriseOne BI Publisher Tool within JDE Tools Release 8.98 who is able to:  Design, build, test and support complex BI Publisher Forms and Reports; Design, build, test and support reporting and analytics/dashboards in Oracle BI Publisher. Assignment Description/Skill Set Required
We require a very strong JD Edwards Report/Forms Developer who is intimately familiar with the EnterpriseOne BI Publisher Tool within JDE Tools Release 8.98 who is able to:
  • Design, build, test and support complex BI Publisher Forms and Reports
  • Design, build, test and support reporting and analytics/dashboards in Oracle BI Publisher.
 
Through a combination of onsite and remote development work this individual drives the analysis, design and develops analysis-level documents that reflect those requirements as well as proposed solutions. Interaction with Syntax application consulting services as well as customer personnel is anticipated to ensure completeness and quality of the proposed solution.
  • Experience with JD Edwards Forms and Report creation
  • Customization experience including enhancements and interfaces.
  • Good experience with BI PUBLISHER, both the embedded and interactive version
  • Good understanding of Functional and Business Requirements
  • A good command on SQL queries, ODBC connections and  understanding of data base concepts
  • Expertise in bursting, printing and emailing/faxing of reports along with configuration with 3rd party products
  • Ability to use standard UBE’s and JDE objects to structure and include the required data elements to present data in xml and other formats for use by BI Publisher templates
  • Knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne: Tools Release 8.98 and Applications 8.12/9.0 version
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Must be able to thoroughly test, troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently
  • Ability to work with customers while meeting project timelines through effective time management
  • Creation of accurate development estimates encompassing all aspects of delivery
  • Create and maintain system, design and technical documentation.
  • If U.S. resident, must have valid passport and minimum 4 year related University degree.
